How does the discount work?
The discount is tiered based on your basket value. Once the code is applied at checkout, your savings will automatically reflect depending on which tier your basket falls into.

Where do I enter the code?
The code must be entered at checkout. Your discount will not be applied unless the code is added before completing your order.
Does the discount apply automatically?
The discount amount will automatically reflect once the code is applied at checkout. The discount tier is based on your basket value, so the higher your basket total, the higher your saving.
Can I use the code more than once?
No. The code can be used once per customer.
Can this code be combined with other discount codes?
No. The code cannot be combined with other standard discount codes.
However, it can be used alongside our volume discounts on papers and tips, and it can also be used with our free shipping discount for eligible GB orders.
Does the discount work with free shipping?
Yes. Eligible GB orders can still receive free shipping where the free shipping discount applies.
What happens if my basket changes?
Your discount will update according to your basket value once the code is applied. For example, if your basket moves from £30+ to £60+, your discount will increase from 10% to 15%. If your basket reaches £100+, your discount will increase to 20%.
Why is my discount not showing?
Your discount may not show if the code has not been entered at checkout, your basket does not meet the minimum spend, the code has already been used, or you are trying to combine it with another standard discount code.
